1. Raw material system

1.1. Purchase of raw material

The source of raw materials can be traced back. The raw materials come from Chinese large and reliable raw material factories. For each batch, it’s registered in the warehouse by raw material factories. And they will have a batch number and time to ensure that the purchased raw materials meet food-grade standards.

If necessary we can provide proof of purchase of raw materials.

1.2. Storage of raw material

After the raw material arrive, they will be registered in the warehouse, stacked and placed with supports at the bottom,to prevent the wet ground,causing moisture and deterioration of the raw material.

The storage room is ventilation and avoid direct sunlight,the ground is clean and tidy, to avoid the problem of bacterial growth caused by closed spaces.

1.3. Allocation of raw material

Many customers wonder how we control the percentage for bamboo fiber, cornstarch, and melamine.

As we explained in Tea & Coffee,

our production technical is press mold, so we can confirm the weight of 3 raw materials.

the raw material mixed and stirred, the workers weigh them in proportion to maximize the raw material utilization.

During the weighing process, according to the color, condensed and odor of the raw materials, the workers make a preliminary judgment on whether the raw materials have deteriorated.

The mixing of raw materials is done by machines, which are more uniform than manual mixing.

During the mixing of raw materials, workers wear gloves and masks in strict accordance with company regulations.Ensure non-directly contact with material.

2. Production management system

2.1. Workshop management

There are material mixing workshop,paper workshop,molding workshop,sanding workshop,packaging workshop,semi-finished warehouse and finished goods warehouse, and each workshop with a supervisor.

Coffee cup is most popular in dinnerware, we will use coffee cup as a reference.

First, we need to confirm design for cups.

2.2.2. Mixing

Workers manage the powder mixers individually and perform a functional inspection of the machine before mixing to prevent production accidents and ensure smooth operation.

2.2.3. Decal paper

Coffee cup decal paper printing →Coffee cup decal paper starching → Drying →Bookbinding→Dieline cutting →Adhesive glue →Attaching →Permutation →Fixation color

The decal paper workshop is mainly responsible for baking paper, brushing paper, ordering paper, punching paper, stickers, making baking arrangements for each pattern, and connecting with the molding workshop to ensure decal paper supply sufficiently.

Like coffee cups, bowls, food storage, they have additional process-Adhesive glue and Attaching.

They’re not flat, so we need to make decal paper as a circle, then our works can put paper on mold easily.

For flat dinnerware, like plates, tray. We just put paper on bottom, then press machine.

The most prominent of these is the self-baking automatic recyclable system(picture with red star) of the film, which saves time and is not affected by the weather. Some small factory after starching and dry at least 2 hours or put it in a wire mesh partition to dry and bake, so production undefinely.

In addition, we have decal paper the overage decal paper is sorted, when customer want to buy the same pattern, so that can quickly find and use the return paper.

2.2.4. Molding

Before molding,we will put mixed raw material(40% bamboo fiber,30% corn starch and 30% melamine) in baking.

Then put into coffee cup mold and press(this is the first time molding)

if you want customized pattern coffee cup,our workers will put decal paper on coffee cup,there will be second time press.

Molding workshop,30 presses,guarantee quality and quantity. The total number of machines is large, avoiding production lag caused by sudden failures, and ensuring that production requirements are met on time.

Each group is equipped with a team leader,with regular inspections of each machine on a regular basis,to strictly control the production process.

2.2.5. Packaging

A variety of packaging methods for customers to choose.
According to the product and customer needs, determine the packaging method for each order.

2.3. Production safety management

Workers will create value, so tips for production safety are everywhere in factory.

Because of our raw material is powder,dust is very dangerous when exposed to open flames.

Safety is the basic for everything,as Chinese saying,
we have strict management system for fire warning and exit,
every workers learned basic information about exit location,how to escape,and how to call 119 detaily.

3. QC system

3.1. Self-inspection system

1)Raw materials meet national production requirements, have batches and numbers, can be traced back.

2)Each process of decal paper production have multiple workers,ensure paper brushing,punching and stickers before printed.

3)Supervisor performs random inspections on the machine,ensure product will not deformation.

4)QC before packaging, and supports random inspection of large samples during production.

In addition, the factory plans to prepare its own independent inspection and experimental equipment and personnel in the nearly 2 years.

4. Packaging system

The outer box normally used is 500 g / square 5 layers of double corrugated paper to ensure transportation safety.

As bamboo cup manufacturer,we are in deep understanding for Transportation considerations.

Normally we will adjust quantity and give you solutions to make carton full.

If the box is not full, we will fill the cardboard or foam to keep the products in the box from shaking during transportation.

Size, weight, barcode, and number on the outer box.

5. Warehousing system

5.1. Material

Packing and sealing material that are prone to fouling (such as silicone lid and silicone sleeve),at the same time,transparent box is easy to identificate and find.

Registration of material,even though packaging cartons are also numbered by the factory.In final packing,factory can choose suitable box avoid wasting.

5.2. Product

Product is placed and registered according to category.Each product is marked with the product name and quantity, convenient for management and determination of the inventory quantity.

6. Pre-factory inspection system

  Inspector inspect the product randomly and make a record.

Record content: specifications, quantity, production date, production batch number, inspector and reflect the actual message of the product.

Quality issues discovered during the inspection process will be resolved before shipment.
